When Will My Order Ship

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will ship within 20 business days from the date the order is paid for. Holidays and weekends do not count towards turn around time.

How Will My Order Ship

Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS and tracking is provided once shipped. At times, other shipping carriers may be used as needed. If there is a shipping problem I will help in any way I can. I do recommend that you keep the packaging in the event of damage to the package until you have thoroughly examined your item. Carriers will often want pictures of the damage. Please use the shipping insurance through Route to protect your packages and for any shipping claims. If you turn Route off at check out it will slow down the claims process for lost or damaged packages and limit what I can do to help. See below for more information about Route.
